    "Racist"? Not sure if that's the correct term for it. But: Incredibly annoying and un-funny? Absolutely. Is someone essentially begging to get their head kicked in?

    Yeah maybe racist is a tad strong. But actually I think an Irish person would find this pretty offensive, wouldn't they? I'm half Irish and I find it pretty appalling: it's a green-face cartoon of the Dublin working-class isn't it, with the obligatory leprichaun thrown in?

    I can't imagine how they wouldn't. Which was what I was getting at with that last remark. Not like -- from what I understand) the Brits don't have a history of anti-Irish discrimination in their not-too-distant past. (As well as a history of treating the place like its final colonial territory for many years.)
